Meditation Sixteen: September 26 - October 3
We continue working with the
centers of higher consciousness - empowering the disenfranchised of our country
through the energies of the throat and solar plexus
chakras.

There is a vast silent majority of people in this country who are disenfranchised and without voice. They do not vote, either through a sense of powerlessness or because they are actively discouraged from doing so. There are others who are simply apathetic or disinterested. Regardless of the cause, the time has come to rouse these millions, to help them to find their will and their voice.
Today we focus on the solar plexus and throat chakras (will, self determination and self expression). We also return to a group mode of working – acting as channels for the higher frequency energies of the celestial hierarchy.

Meditation Sixteen: September 26 - October 3
Take whatever position you normally use for meditation. Relax, breathe.
Mentally dedicate your activities to the advancement of the human race.
Feel yourself as an aspect of the Group Soul of America: know that your life is a piece of its life and its life is the foundation of yours. Affirm your right to be here, to do this work, to participate in awakening the consciousness of the American people.
When you are ready ascend to the astral temple and go inside.
Approach the reflecting pool. Through the
opening in the dome you can see the Earth reflected in the water of the pool
below. You see North America. America. Our
home.
Take a moment to sense the presence of everyone else here. Feel their intention and energy. Visualize them. Give thanks that we are joined in this work. Sense the potency of everyone's commitment.
Sense the presence of your holy guardian angel: comforting and powerful. Standing behind you, they place their hands on your shoulders. Across the circle you can see that everyone is supported in this same way.
A great host of beings is arriving: beautiful and majestic. Full of ethereal light and power. Rank upon rank descend into the temple – standing behind each of us – lining up behind our holy guardian angles. These are the ascended masters: the great lodge: the invisible college. They greet us and thank us for our dedication.
Concentrate on your solar plexus. Feel this center of energy. Activate it. Key in to the power of the universal will that flows through you. Know that this has behind it the power of every burning sun and that you have access to this power. Know that this energy can transform the entire planet when utilized and properly channeled.
Now shift your awareness to your throat – your voice – your ability to express yourself – the ability to speak the truth of your life and your desire. Know that we are each born with the divine right to speak out. Feel how this truth embodies in manifestation through the energy of this chakra.
Now hold both of these energy centers – throat and solar plexus – in your awareness at the same time. Feel how they harmonize into an overtone of profound change. Focus all your attention on the potential behind these energies. Know that it was the power of will manifested as the word that brought about the first moment of creation.
A great outpouring of energy flows from the ascended masters into each guardian, which then, in turn, is stepped-down and channeled into each of us. This energy flows into you – through the throat and solar plexus.
These combined energies build to a peak and then – through you – overflow into the American consciousness. Know that through you this great wave of change is given access and enabled.
All over the country those whose voices have been stifled rise up with a cry and claim their rights. They throw off their shackles, set aside their tools, and march out demanding change, demanding that their voices be heard. Demanding the right to speak and to choose the leadership and direction of our nation. The power of this group is overwhelming and a stunning revolution take place as the old ways are shattered and our nation forges a new way of being in the world.
The hosts of heaven thank us for our work here. Your holy guardian angel reminds you that they are always by your side.
We acknowledge the importance of this work and dedicate our efforts to the evolution of all mankind.
