Meditation Fourteen: September 12 - September 19


We begin work with symbolic images and energies.

Symbol is the language of the soul, the language through which the divine Mind illuminates the individual mind. With this week’s meditation we begin to work directly with specific symbolic ideas – seeding the group mind with these symbrios in order to rouse a deeper, more vital, awareness than can be achieved through the surface mind alone.

Meditation Fourteen: September 12 - September 19


Take whatever position you normally use for meditation. Relax, breathe.

Mentally dedicate your activities, in the name of the all-good, to the advancement of the human race.

Think of yourself as a part of the Group Soul of America - your life is a piece of its life and its life is the foundation of yours.

When you are ready, allow your consciousness to ascend to the astral temple and go inside.

Approach the reflecting pool. Through the opening in the dome you see the Earth. You see America.

Greet the others here. Feel their intention and energy. Take a moment to sense the potency of everyone's commitment. Give thanks that we are joined in this work by like-minded souls.

Concentrate on your solar-plexus: the chakra of will and determination. The center of power. Visualize its movement and color. Feel this energy as it flows through your body. In the center of the reflecting pool you see an Eagle, standing upright. It is a beautiful, powerful animal. This symbolizes power without aggression. It is force of will aligned with truth – divorced from hubris, pride or ego.

As you gaze at the symbol, feel the sympathetic vibration between it and your solar plexus. Absorb this symbol into yourself through the solar plexus. Feel this energy move through you then send it out, amplified, directed, to the group consciousness of America.

Now concentrate on your heart center: the chakra of unconditional love. Of unity. Of Non-judgement. Of acceptance. This is the energy of peace and unity. Feel this deeply - let it resonate through you. In the center of the pool, you see a pelican. It sits on a nest with two chicks at its feet. It tears open its own breast with its beak and begins to feed the young with its own blood and flesh.

As you gaze at this symbol, feel this energy of unconditional love and sacrifice all through your heart – through your Christ center. Absorb this. Draw this symbol in and then, as before, focus it and give it impetus. Direct it toward the American group mind.

Shift your awareness to your throat chakra – the center of communication. This is the energy of self-expression that allows us to speak out for change, allows the disenfranchised to find their voice.

A hawk swoops down and lands in the pool – the symbol of Horus who confronted Typhon in order to set the land right. Absorb this symbol. As you transmit this energy to the group mind, the hawk takes flight.

Finally we come to the third eye – the chakra of clear sight and accurate perception. Here the veil of maya falls away and only the truth remains Through this energetic the hypnotic spell of consensual hallucination is broken.

An owl stands before you. Meditate on this symbol, feel the resonance in the body of your own perceptions, your own wisdom. Absorb the meaning of this symbol, integrate it, then send it on – into the group consciousness.

Now link everything together into a coherent awareness – all four chakras and all four symbols – allow them blend together into a continuum of insight and understanding – each quality harmonizing with every other – each energy an accelerant creating overtones of understanding.

Integrate this and launch it into the group mind.

Give thanks that we have been given this opportunity for service.



Close the meditation and return to consciousness.
