Seventh Meditation: July 25 - August 1


We finish the process of activating the higher centers - this week concentrating on the solar plexus chakra - which provides the impetus, energy and fuel for change.

Seventh Meditation: July 25 - August 1

Activating the solar plexus chakra. This energetic is easily abused – used to force one’s will onto the outer world. Often this center is considered one of the three “lower” chakras – to be transcended as we traverse the ladder of consciousness. But, when it is tempered with compassion and perception (from the Christ center and the third eye) it can be a powerful tool for change – giving impetus for the manifestation of truth that we see and feel.

Wash your hands and drink a glass of water.

Take whatever position you normally use for meditation. Relax, breathe.

Mentally dedicate your activities to the evolution and advancement of the human race, in the name of the all-good.

See of yourself as a part of the Group Soul of America: your life is a part of its life and its life is the foundation of your life. Claim your right to affect the life and consciousness of the country.

When you are ready, ascend to the astral temple. Rise up out of your body, out of the room where you sit. See the surrounding houses and building – know that they are containers of life. Let the Earth fall away beneath you – getting smaller and smaller as you continue to ascend.

Once at the temple, approach the reflecting pool. Through the opening in the dome you see the planet. Our home. You can clearly see the americas – north and south – and America the nation.

Greet the others here. Sense their presence. Visualize them. Give thanks that we are joined in this work by like-minded souls. Sense their commitment to this work.

Shift your awareness to your holy guardian angel standing behind you. Greet them. Know that they are a powerful, fundamental, ever-present part of you.

The Great White Brotherhood is here. They greet you and thank you for your dedication to this purpose.

Take a moment to become aware of your solar plexus chakra: it is a dual vortex (front and back) of spinning, yellow/gold colored energy just below the bottom of the breastbone. Feel this energy – of force, will and determination – as it is drawn into your subtle body from the front and the back.

From the Great Central Sun a powerful beam of golden energy pours forth. It strikes our physical sun, which flares in recognition, before sending out its own massive beam of yellow gold light that completely engulfs our astral temple.

The ascended masters absorb this energy, then raise their hands – palms outstretched - channeling it into the holy guardian angels, who then, in turn, channel it into each of us.

This energy roars like a sun inside of us. You can feel its power – the impetus to action – the will to power. A great note “RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA” can be heard. As one we raise our hands and this golden energy pours from us – joining in the air above us into a huge incandescent ball – a miniature sun – which then spills out its fiery energy towards the Earth, towards America.

It rages like a fire across the face of the country - burning away complacency – forging the will of the people into a great instrument of change. The days of bloated lethargy are gone. The hypnotic trance is shattered. Each individual is now driven by a fire of change - fueled by a will no longer dormant.

A golden sun forms in the solar center of each person – rousing the solar logos – the avenging Horus in each of us - to rise and take up the sword of change. It is time to set our house in order. This terrible power is tempered by a penetrating vision and the compassion of Christ. Severity is leavened with mercy – but nothing is immune. A great army of peace is formed. The shadow of fear dissolves in this penetrating golden light.

In silence we depart.

Descend and return to consciousness. Close the meditation.
