Second Meditation: June 20 - June 27


Phase 1 - Establishing the astral temple and building the group egregore

Hello Starshine

Well, you can feel the results of this week's work. The astral temple has already become very solid, very distinct. As we continue to crystalize it through our directed intention and focus, it's becoming easier to access. Also, there have been times this past week when the presence of the group was very palpable during the meditation. Several people have commented on this. So we're off to a great start!

Second Meditation: June 20 - June 27

We are still in the phase of building up the structure of our astral temple. So this meditation is largely the same as last week's (though not entirely).

Take whatever position you normally use for meditation. Relax, breathe.

Mentally dedicate your activities in the name of the all-good, to the advancement of the human race.

Think of yourself as a part of the Group Soul of America: your life is a piece of its life and its life is the foundation of your life.

When you are ready, allow your consciousness to ascend - up out of your body, above your house, your street, your town, your state. Continue to rise higher and higher into the air - allowing the Earth to drop away below you. As you rise higher allow yourself to accelerate - continue ascending until you can see the entire planet below you. Now look ahead and you will see that you are rapidly approaching a small wooded island in the middle of a sea, or lake. On the island is a beautiful, circular Grecian style temple that consists of a domed roof supported by 13 columns.


Go in to the temple. It is built of beautiful polished white marble. It is 100 feet across and the dome is 50 feet in the air. In the center of the floor is circular reflecting pool. Approach the pool. As you do, you'll see that the dome is open to the sky. Through the aperture you can see the Earth - which is reflected in the water of the pool below.

You realize that there are others present here. Sense them - feel their intention and energy.

Everyone stands in a circle around the reflecting pool.Greet them. From each heart, a beam of pink light shines forth, linking you to everyone else here. This beautiful energy flows through you - and through the group - joining everyone in their shared intention. Feel this. Let it flow: in-out-through. Sense the potency of everyone's commitment. Sense how this has already engaged the levers of heaven to affect change. Revel in this expression of the one life. Rejoice in the opportunity to join with the like minded to serve the greater good.

Say goodbye to your brothers and sisters. Descend and return to consciousness. Close the meditation.
